Our implementation team is dedicated to ensuring your company successfully launches Clarity VMS. The first step of implementation is for a product consultant to meet with your team to outline your business process from A to Z. This information will allow us to scope the project and provide timelines, gather data, configure the software, train, and go live.

How long does implementation take? 

A new client implementation can take anywhere from one to eight weeks depending upon the client. An implementation time frame is influenced by the number of divisions, locations, departments, supervisors, employees, desired customizations, and other unique factors. We encourage clients to select at least one dedicated individual to lead the implementation on the client side in an effort to ensure proper response time between parties and that internal deadlines are met.

Can Clarity VMS be customized to suit specific my business needs?

Our product development team is always open to client feedback to ensure Clarity VMS is user friendly and meeting market needs; however, sometimes clients need to accomplish something very specific to their needs.

Fortunately, most technological customizations can be achieved based on the client’s level of investment, and IWT is here to support those unique needs. When client-specific customizations are needed, our Project Management Team will capture your vision, scope the customization, and collaborate with your client services representative team in order to provide you with timelines and associated cost. Then, our experienced development team will create your request.

Can Clarity VMS be integrated with my time and attendance system?

Our team has found that multiple integrations with 3rd party systems are costly, and we do not want to increase our clients’ costs. Therefore, it is not a common practice for us to integrate with a client’s time and attendance system. Instead, we’ve created a way to easily import time data into Clarity on a daily or weekly basis.

How are client users trained on Clarity VMS?

We believe that everyone learns differently, so we take a multi-layered approach to training, which includes online and/or onsite training. Click here for more details.
